the William Harman reference

I received this email from Ivan regarding the Harman article. He seemed to have no problems printing it... Today I was able to log on to access the E-book using my normal library pin. I was able to utilise the option of printing more than one page at a time, a problem that encountered during the class. I clicked "Print" and a new window opened in which it gave me 2 options. The first one to put in the page numbers I wanted to print and the second option was to print each chapter individually.So it seems to have worked here at home without any problems, although 30 pages is alot of printer ink.
